RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return it. Download and complete the return form available [HERE], then send the item back together with the completed form to the following address: HERE.. Returned items must show no signs of wear. The item must be complete, with all original tags and tag hangers attached. Once we receive your completed return form, we will process your refund — including the original shipping cost if the entire order is returned — to the bank account number you provide in the form. Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receiving the form. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Personalised orders — items made to the customer's individual specifications — are not eligible for return.

Please note: We are not responsible for return parcels sent via Poczta Polska (Polish Post).

If you choose this shipping method, we strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage, as it may be needed in the event of any issues with your shipment.

COMPLAINTS

You have the right to file a complaint if the item you received does not match your order, or if it has any defects or damage, including:

  • manufacturing defects,
  • mechanical damage caused during shipping,
  • damage that occurred during normal use of the product.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days. In accordance with the Polish Civil Code, when filing a complaint you may request either a replacement with a new, defect-free item, or a full refund. If your complaint is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as promptly as possible, in accordance with applicable law.
